Espalier is an event planning company specializing in all aspects of production for outdoor, corporate, fundraising and private events.

Since 1998, Espalier has coordinated events in New York City, The Hamptons, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., and Florida with a wide range of clients with a broad range of event needs.

We are a boutique firm specializing in events which focus on achieving our client’s objectives – whether fundraising, awareness, promotional, educational, or social. Espalier provides the same high-level attention to detail, innovative ideas and quality of service for a multi-day conference for 2,000, a fundraiser for 500 or a birthday celebration for 75.

Espalier Events excels at having both a Creative Event Vision and Execution Ability. Event planning is theatre. The guests are the actors. The venue is the stage. The decorations are the props. Lighting is essential and should flatter and illuminate. The applause should be thunderous. The stage is the place where the actual event takes place and the guests become the actors.
